Over the course of nearly a quarter century, Robert F. Bernstock’s business career has featured leadership positions with several companies and he has also received a number of endorsements for his knowledge and skills in many business disciplines, including negotiation, organizational development, planning and change management. That last skill, change management is very important, as Bob Bernstock sees things because a company’s ability to handle the inevitability of change and to even its willingness to embrace it often spells the difference when it comes to efficiency and profitability.
It is likely his experience that leads so many private and public organizations to pick him to serve on their boards of directors. Among his experience includes the period from 2008-2010, when Robert F. Bernstock served as the President of the Mailing and Shipping Services Division for the largest public agency in the world, the United States Postal Service. At that time, he oversaw more than $70 billion in sales revenue. He also helped develop the Priority Mail Flat Rate box and its iconic marketing tagline, “a simpler way to ship.”
